樸谷試著將簡單生活落實於日常之間，藉由友善土地的技能，集結更多人重視食物安全、永續能源、自然住屋等生活的另一種選擇方式。此工坊的所求僅是讓後代子孫有著比我們更多的淨土，以尊重自然為原則，與之和樂共存。

Pugu strives to live as simple as possible, through sustaining eco-friendly life, to enjoin more people with the awareness of food security, green energy and natural building. Aim to let the coming 7 generations to own better/cleaner land than us, to respect our nature and living in harmony with.


我們 / About us

梁淳禹 /  Parama Liang       林宜慧 /  Ellejana (Ellen)

​台大工管系畢業，曾任社會企業「以立國際服務」營運長，2012 年轉入樸門設計的學習、曾帶著志工走訪緬甸、孟加拉、柬埔寨等地，推廣有機農業。2013年起開始在台灣多處農場，以「帶著技能，環島播種」的技能交換方式，練習樸門設計，並了解農村中的人口外移問題。2014年開始，更試著用食安講座，來推廣自身對於土地正義的維護。2015年初，因伴侶林宜慧懷孕，為了給孩子好的生活環境，搬到宜蘭，過「半農」生活。

Graduated from National Taiwan University, majored in Business Administration, being the COO of ELIV International which promote volunteering around east-southern Asia. From 2013, he has exchanged many life skills at farms around Taiwan, for improving the knowledge of permaculture. Also to know more about the difficulties in the farming villages, fight for the justice of land using by the course of food security. Due to his partner Ellejana’s pregnancy, they moved to Yilan from Taipei, to live by farming/promoting natural life.

2015/ 09-11 – 英國倫敦樸門大會參與者、並參訪托特尼斯城市轉型計劃、荷德葡法等生態社群. Participant at Permaculture Conference and Convergency, visited Transition Town Totnes, and other eco-communities in the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal and France.

2015 / 12開始，為樸谷宜蘭基地的建置期，共建置有堆肥廁所、中水香蕉圈水池、柴燒多口爐+熱水系統、雨水回收過濾、建置中的小土房等，為樸谷一家正在使用的實驗性生活系統，此基地經營至2017, 12月。From Dec 2015 to Dec 2017, Pugu Family established at their Permaculture base, moving in this living system in end of Aug 2016. Including using compost toilet, banana pit to filter used water, Lorena stove and hot water system, rain and underground water harvesting system, a hand made clay room.

林宜慧 /  Ellejana (Ellen)      梁淳禹 /  Parama Liang

Ellejana 是樸⾕⼯坊共同創辦⼈ ｜樸⾨⽣活教師培訓者、靈性孕產陪伴者與⾝⼼靈療癒師，也是⼀位⺟親。

兒時在台北⽣活，19歲開始在東海⼤學哲學系與登⼭社中受訓，⾃ 2000 年開始探索⼈類活動與遊憩、休閒和環境。也曾遠赴荷蘭瓦罕寧恩⼤學，學習休閒觀光與環境的碩⼠，因此獲得許多對於永續的觀點以及⽣活模式的妥善設計。

她在 2012 年時，曾在英國的移動式⽣態村 Green & Away ⼯作，並曾在 2015 年造訪和參與荷蘭、法國、德國、葡萄牙、英國托特尼斯⼩鎮。 曾帶領志⼯去尼泊爾和泰國，經驗當地的永續⽣活與⽂化。


她於 2018 年在澳洲藍⼭跟隨 Rosemary Morrow 與 Lis Bastian完成樸⾨師資培訓；爾後開始從事樸⾨教學，並結合樸⾨、靈性和社會溝通等技能。

她⾃ 2017 年開始成為阿法氣顧問，2019 年成為聖火傳承靈性老師，透過空間風⽔和九⼤封印扭轉樸⾕⼯坊的頻率，透過浴光之路開展⾃⼰與家⼈、學⽣們的⽣命任務與活出快樂。她更結合孕產與靈性⽀持，陪伴過許多女⼈找回⼒量與愛，讓寶寶在光中誕⽣。

她曾多次造訪泰國清邁的 Pun Pun 有機農場，去了解更多有關於社群互動和⽣態村管理，並且透過擔任翻譯與學⽣，嘗試跟樸⾨救援專家 Steve Cran 學習實作型 PDC 以及更多整體性的樸⾨設計。

她與伴侶 Parama 在 2016-18 年曾在宜蘭建立過樸⾕基地，搬到台東鹿野之後 2020 ⾄今經營著樸⾕基地，並開展了她對於社群與永續⽣活的想像。此基地後來也在 2025 年成為了 Ellejana 所帶領的聖⼼光中⼼，結合⾝⼼靈和阿法氣風⽔、樸⾨永續⽣活教育等特⾊。

她在 2023 年四⽉份，與 Parama 邀請 Sarah Boulle and Greta Carroll  引進 Rosemary Morrow 的樸⾨師培系統⾄台灣，舉辦了台灣的第⼀次樸⾨師資培訓，並擔任翻譯。 並在 2025 年於香港完成和 Rosemary Morrow, Rhiannon Phillips, Parama 的樸⾨師培帶領，是華語區的此系統教師培訓者。

⽬前於台東鹿野樸⾕基地，與家⼈夥伴⼀起經營永續⽣活家園。
