Projects & Programs

Growing up in Taipei, she began her journey at 19 through the Philosophy Department and mountaineering club at Tunghai University. Since 2000, she has explored the relationship between human activity, leisure, and the natural world. She later pursued a Master’s degree in Leisure, Tourism and Environment at Wageningen University in the Netherlands, deepening her understanding of sustainability and intentional living.

In 2012, she worked with the mobile eco-village Green & Away in the UK. In 2015, she visited and engaged with transition communities across the Netherlands, France, Germany, Portugal, and Totnes, England. She has also led volunteer groups to Nepal and Thailand, experiencing sustainable living and local cultures firsthand.

In 2018, she completed her permaculture teacher training with Rosemary Morrow and Lis Bastian in the Blue Mountains, Australia — going on to weave permaculture education together with spirituality and heartful communication.

Since 2017, she has been an Alphagem consultant within the Agni Tradition — a non-religious spiritual lineage founded by German spiritual master Agni Eickermann. In 2019, she became a Path of Light spiritual teacher, working with energetic feng shui and the Nine Seals to shift the frequency of Pugu Base, and walking alongside her family and students in the unfolding of their life missions. She has also offered spiritual accompaniment through pregnancy and birth — guiding many women back to their own power and love, and welcoming babies into the light.

She has visited Pun Pun Organic Farm in Chiang Mai, Thailand multiple times, deepening her understanding of community and eco-village living. As both translator and student, she has learned hands-on PDC and holistic permaculture design alongside permaculture specialist Steve Cran.

Together with her partner Parama, she established the first Pugu Base in Yilan between 2016 and 2018. Since relocating to Luye, Taitung in 2020, she has been tending Pugu Base as a living expression of community and sustainable life. In 2025, the base also became the Sacred Heart Light Center — a space where holistic healing, Alphagem feng shui, and permaculture education meet.

In April 2023, she and Parama invited Sarah Boulle and Greta Carroll to bring Rosemary Morrow’s permaculture teacher training system to Taiwan for the very first time, with Ellejana serving as translator and co-organizer. In 2025, she completed a permaculture teacher training facilitation in Hong Kong alongside Rosemary Morrow, Rhiannon Phillips, and Parama — becoming a trainer within this system for the Chinese-speaking world.

She currently lives and works at Pugu Base in Luye, Taitung, together with her family and fellow companions, building a sustainable home and a living community.
